We want your wedding DJ experience with Downtown Sound Entertainment to be seamless from start to finish. We take extra steps to ensure all the details you want are executed on your big day.

1. Secure Your Day

Our progress begins with picking out your special day and securing your day in our calendars with a deposit. We use an online platform called Honeybooks to do this.

Next, choose between our three packages or build your own to reflect the vision of your day.

We use multiple online music platforms for you to be able to put together a list of music you want played at your event.

Finalize Your Wedding DJ Details

4. Finalize Your Details

Last step is to finalize your special day using our wedding worksheet. This is a form that serves as a blueprint to your entire day. It focuses on all the details of your event all the way from the time of the ceremony/reception to if you want a bouquet toss to what kind of music you want played. We meet with our couples about two months before their day to review the wedding worksheet and then again about two weeks before the big day to finalize details and music selection.
